Post here if you found companies either selling Nano cases or if they have announced they will.
I'm really interested in the one from ezGear (http://www.ezgear4u.com/ezSkinNanoPR.htm) as it will have a protective case, a screen protector, and a belt clip (a must for me). I e-mailed the company and they responded in less than 20 minutes saying that it is supposed to ship the week of September 26. I hope that's true.
Anyone else find one besides the Apple ones (which actually look pretty good, but why do companies insist on selling them in multi packs?).

I dunno, but I sure would like to see a company make a lanyard for the nano like the apple one but BLACK and cheap - $40 is a lot for some string and cheap earphones

Dear Brian,
We will be releasing a case for the iPod Nano in the future, but we cannot assure when right now. Anyway, when the case is ready to be ordered, we will let you know by e-mail.
Thank you very much for your interest in our cases

the one with the black nano looks nice!
i'd really just want a case that keeps it thin and nearly covers the whole thing (wheel, display). THe only burden i had in carrying around my mini was that the case made it so big, so i just want one thats really thin now!

i would like to see a clear plastic hard case for the nano, like the otto, icebox or agent18 clickshield.

I really like the blue one next to the description text.:) I've already thought about those as I have a vinyl decal from http://www.evolutionvinylworks.com/ for my Shuffle. What I like about it is that it doesn't make the iPod any thicker, but still protects it from scratches. Now I just need some to make a belt clip that I can just clip on the Nano like the belt clip I have for my Shuffle.

awesome! thats almost exactly what i'm looking for! i knew they had that for the other ipods, but not for the nano already. i wish they had a completely clear one, but some of the designs seem cool. I'll wait till power support comes out with the screen and click wheel protector and then it all works!:p

How about iPod nano case from PULL-i at EUR 14.50.
Already have the case for a Sony Ericsson K750i phone, so know that the quality is good. Obviously, not designed for use once the iPod nano is inserted into the case, but it does provide the much demanded protection for the iPod nano.

Why not just a leather business card case? That's my plan when/if my Nano finally arrives!

I wish RadTech would make one like they did for the iPod. It looks slick.

tansparent vinyl from wal-mart. $1.50 will buy you enough vinyl to make 30.

I ordered a couple..... the thing that occurs is whether they actually have any to ship (they dont say that they dont, yet they dont say if they do!) and im worried by the description saying their finished skin thickness is about 6-7 mil!!! Does this mean millimeters!? that would make the thickness (front plus back) greater than the nano itself!!!

I am amazed at the sheer number of double (and triple) posts on this forum...
A simple search yeilds:
1 mil = 0.0254 millimeter
7 mil = 0.1778 millimeter

Erik A mil is a thousandth of an inch or 1/1000", so it's pretty small.

The multiple posting is annoying..... half the time i post, i get a frozen response, when i refresh, i get a repost. If i dont refresh, i may lose the post.... grrrrr
Thanks for the measurement..... I didnt know that the term 'mil' had a different meaning in the US than in the UK.

I means the same thing, just that's it's easier for must US people to think in inches instead of millimeters, but the unit mil is so small that most people wouldn't have a concept of 7/1000ths of an inch anyway.

Do the clear one from decalgirl covers the clickwheel and the screen? What about the sides?

The clear ones do not cover the screen. They sell screen protectors separately.

They're sold as a complete front/back kit and will cover the entire front (screen and clickwheel!) and chrome back of the Nano.

i just ordered decalgirsl clear sticker for the nano because at 3.99 it seems to be the cheapest temporary protector i can find until i find a leather case i truly agree with.....even then ill probably leave the clear sticker on the nano as added protection.
