I used the Applecare warranty on this a little over 2 months ago, and they sent me a new one so while I purchased this in November of 2004, THIS actual iPod is really a couple months old.
The sticker is still covering the scroll wheel and has not been removed since I bought it. It has also been in the Agent 18 case since day 1 so it is nearly flawless.
