I have a $130 budget for earbuds and i need advice. Which of these is more comfortable and which sounds better? I was 100% sure i was getting the e3c's and then i saw on westone's website these UM1's and they looked good, and i know that the UM2's are popular. Has anyone tried both? thanks.

Well, this UM1 is very similiar to shure e1c, which was replaced by Shure e3c in 2004.
The old UM1 has bass comparable to Shure e2c, and it is clearer. Right now, Westone also tweeked its high, so I guess it just might be better choice than shure e3c. This new um1 just came out, so you will need to wait a bit to see the review.
