I have just purchased a pair of Shure e2 earphones, and find that although they produce the sound fine, there is a constant hiss like a bad connection or the way a record sounds etc. This cant be heard when the musice is playing, but is very evident between tracks or if i turn the volume down during a track.
I`m using it on an MP4 player, and have tried it on my girlfriends MP3 player, this makes electrical clicking noises when turning on, and again this hissing.
I`m tried both sets of plugs, and as i said they sound fine (bass, trebble, mids etc).
I have tried to mess around with the plug, but that doesnt make any difference, its constantly there (not cutting in and out when i move the plug as a bad connection would).
Any help....
