I just bought the Shure E3C's. Great mids and highs, but I think the bass is lacking. I guess i'm looking for more of a punch in that department. Anything out there in the same price range ($118.00 street) that I can buy that has the same warm Shure sound with a more extended bass and the same great mids and highs?

Thanks....

No. Not in that price range. The first phones that will meet those requirements are the Westone UM2, UE super.fi 5Pro, and Shure E5.

Well, I know Future Sonic EM3 is known for its awesome bass, but not sure about how the mid and high when compared to e3c.

I'm returning my E3c's. To me, the sound difference is not that great between the E3c's and the stock apple headphones, at least not enough to justify 120 bucks. The sound isolation is great, but there just isn't any bass. After trying E2c's, Sony EX71, and E3c's, i'm giving up on the headphone search and just sticking with the stock apple headphones. Good luck to everyone else on finding a decent earphone.

I always forget the Future Sonics. You might want to try those first, acribb. solvexyz is right... they are known for their bass.
