Can't View Songs

I ususally use Ephpod for transferring my music due to me being on Windows 98SE, however I just found XPlay and decided to give it a go.

I copied all the files from the latest Foo Fighters album (In Your Honor), onto Windows Media Player, and copied the songs to my iPod.

I then went to play the album on my iPod, but when I selected Artists, nothing showed up. I checked the settings and it said I had 0 songs.

I went into XPlay, and all my music is still there, but I can't listen to it on my iPod, can anyone help?

First check to see if space is being used on the iPod. If it is then the songs are on the iPod but not showing on the screen. You then need to do a reset by pressing and holding menu + center buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

I have the same problem. and yes the space is being used on the ipod. I did the reset the ipod but nothing changed. i still can't see the playlists and/or songs list

I managed to view my songs again, but the problem has happened once more, yet I cannot remember how I solved this....
