View Full Version : I am waiting for the box
well, it happened to me. i only charged my mini about 2o times and the battery died. i contacted apple and they are sending me a box to return the ipod in. for those who have done this how long does the box take to get to me, and also how long ( rough guest ) will this whole process take. and for you ansewering this when this happened did they send youa knew mini, or what??

Well if you had only charged it twice what the matter with it because it sounds like your sending in a new iPod. But any ways it takes aobut 3 days depending where you live, I live in az so it took 3 days for me, but If you live in the east coast it could take up to a week. Overall it took a week to send it and get it back.
no i charged it about 20, there is also a hard drive problem

Yeah I live in Az, and I got a box the next day. That was last monday, maybe ill get my ipod tomorrow. hopefully.
