Ok I recently bought this 4G photo, everything worked great until about a week ago. When I connect my ipod and pc via USB i get a do not disconnect sign, but windows doesnt recognize the problem. I have tried resetting the ipod about 80 times today with no luck. Oh I guess I should say that i am using WinXP Home with 2.4ghz SP1 (because i tried SP2 and it still didnt respond) I am pretty sure my ipod is up to date considering that it is less than 3 months old. The only thing I am not sure of is if my computer has USB 2.0 or not. How do I check that?? Please Help me. I feel that I have wasted 350 dollars on an undersized piece of crap.
