I received my 20GB ipod for as an x-mas gift. Since then it has been replaced three times because it has been fried. This time is a little different. The ipod will turn on but it's frozen. It won't let me restart it, the only thing I can do is move the hold button to hold. Then when I take it off hold it turns off and right back on but it goes back to the same frozen state from before. That is the only thing it will respond to.
I was wondering is it possible that it may have a currupted song and if so how can I check. The other thing I don't understand is why the guys at the Apple store just keep on replacing it and not mentioning anything about it.
