My girlfriend was using ipod agent to back-up her ipod mini (#1) to our new PC which had no music on it. I later connected my ipod photo 60Gb (#2) to the same machine, after - I think - the PC had been restarted. However, although itunes still detects the 54Gb I have on it, it only sees files that were on the ipod mini. Not only that, but my ipod photo 60Gb now thinks it's name is what my girlfriend's ipod mini is called (# 1)!!!!!!!!
I'm concerned to use ipod updater as fear it will clear my ipod photo 60Gb and I don't have all the mp3s backed up (that's why I got an ipod) - it'll take ages to copy all those CDs through itunes again.
Can anyone help me?
