Calendar help please - I've searched and read...

I've searched and read the ipod guide and apple's tutorial on adding vcf calendars to the ipod.

I am able to successfully get my ipod (color 4g 60gb) into disk mode and transfer the vcs files but the "do not disconnect" message will not go away!

I tried ejecting from itunes and it says it is in use by another program. Of course I closed every program to no avail and finally I just ended up unplugging the iPod and the calendar did not work :(

So I'm on my second shot. Stuck at the do not disconnect screen. What to do from here?

Ok well it seems I've fixed it myself. I waited a looooooong time on the do not disconnect screen. Finally I tried ejecting and it worked. I got it out of disk mode and it works! I am overjoyed. I hope this may help someone in the same kind of fix
