Microsoft Outlook Contacts

Is there any way I can export just a few contacts from Microsoft Outlook? If so, how do I do this?

Import/Export can import as vCard but not export, and it says I need to export as vCard. How do I do this?

You have to go into the contact info (where you can edit it) and choose File-->Export to vCard file.

Import and Export are both grayed out.

I'm installing Thunderbird right now and I'm going to try using it instead.
