ok so ive had my mini for less than a year(got it last christmas) and i went on a trip this summer and found out that im only getting 1-2 hours of battery time!!! i no i should contact apple but will they do anything, will they replace the battery or the player iself???

call apple. they will replace the whole thing. be back to you in about a week. i just did that for my mini a few weeks ago (i got my mini at Christmas too :D )

I'm having the same problem with my battery. It will only last 1 hour when fully charged and the scroll wheel won't work. If I send it back to Apple will all songs be lost and how much will it cost? Thanks JJ

If your mini is 6 months old or less, it costs nothing.
If your iPod is set to synchronise automatically your Library, then you'll just have to sync it with the new one and all the songs will be restored.

how come they charge 30$ for shipping when i can ship it myself for around 5 bucks?? that just doesn't make sense to me
