Is there anybody out there who has the AMP jacket and adapter? From this photo of the amp jacket (AMP jacket (http://www.99mac.com/testlabbet/pics/burton/gallery/source/dsc03074.shtml) ), it looks like the adapter should just convert the old remote/headphone port to the new one, but looking at the close up of the adapter (AMP jacket Adapter (http://www.drbott.com/images/lg/0147-AMP1.jpg)) , I can't tell where it would be plugged in. If the adapter simply converts the port from old to new, then it could be used on the new ipods for the iTrip. Not only that, it would mean docking ipod users could use any case and still get the great sound of the iTrip. Does anyone think this could possibly work?

in therory it would work, but it would look butt-ugly.

Actually, I've looked at some of the other pictures, and what I described is not the case. Theis adapter plugs into a propietary port in the AMP jacket. Oh, well. I can't wait for the 3G iTrip!
