I just bought the new Ipod (10G). Can't afford anything bigger. I have about 8Gs of music files. So when I am playing a song I like to view other songs and browse through my ipod. If I want to change the volume or forward the track I have to do back to the window that has the now "playing playing" link. Is there a way I can place that link on top of every window so it is right there? Thanx

No you can't as has been pointed out, but one thing you can do is wait a bit without moving the wheel or pressing buttons (about 8-10 seconds) and you will be taken to the now playing screen automatically. Then when you press the menu button you will be taken back to the screen you had been on previously.
Not sure if this is quicker than scrolling back through to the now playing option on the main menu, but it is quicker for getting back to where you were when you are done!
