So I'm coming out of the closet to declare,
I'm hooked to Sudoku - I only discovered them a week ago and I battle my way through 2 or three a day already - mostly from http://www.guardian.co.uk/sudoku
Even while driving (ok while stuck in traffic jam) I'm there racking my brain to see where I can get the right letters in...
Anyone else out there into them?

I tried one when I first saw it on the front cover of The Guardian. It was supposedly the easy one but took me about.. 2 hours to do. Meh :( Then I gave it to my little brother and he did it in 5 minutes, literally. I prefer crosswords.
I'm not, but I know that it's a litle bit of a craze. There are plenty of people advocating them as it's quite good exercise for the brain. There was talk over here about introducing them to the National Curriculum.
They all seem a little boring to me, but I haven't sat down properly and had a crack. You have possibly given me an idea :)

I love this game! I hate crossword puzzles, and although I'll admit it does remind me of them, it is definitely more fun!

I like crosswords as well, and have been into a scrabble-like game called Literati over at http://games.yahoo.com/ for a while now,
a bit surreal to play with perfect strangers over the web :)
sudoku is great but frustrating when you discover a mistake near the end, like me, having to discard the whole thing and start again...

Lol, how can you be hooked on sudokus? Our maths teacher kept making us do them at the end of term because there wasn't anything else to do. They're just irritating.

strange, they don't have anything to do with math, you're not adding or subtracting or nothing LOL

They're easy. At least the easy ones anyway. :)

I like Sudoku alot. It takes me about 15 minutes to do a medium level one. 4-7 minutes for an easy one.

I've done 2 or 3... ever since the last one I did, they seem to have lost their appeal.

I've tried slogging my way through one of those. I just don't have the patience to finish. And besides, after a while I go cross-eyed and all the numbers start looking the same.
I hate crosswords. But I've found hitting a quick sudoko before dinner is pretty fun.
I attempted my first one at the start of the week, now I'm getting the rules down pat and the logic behind solving it is becoming easier. Great fun. The reason I started was because of a little booklet with the sunday paper which contains 60 sudoko puzzles :p

Sudoku is pretty wild.
I heard about it through a morning radio talk show (dc101, elliot in the morning) and I had to find out what all the hoobajooba was so I downloaded a few samples offa the internet. And wow...those things will definitely make ya think :P
I haven't tried any in a few months, but I did buy a few of those logic puzzle books, those are always fun and were a great time killer through college lectures :)

I've only played the game a few times but Astraware's Sudoku is the best one you can get for the Palm.

Love sudoku just found a dashboard widget http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/games/isudokuwidget.htmlhttp://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/games/isudokuwidget.html
provides hints, and randomly generates them so you always have something new.
