I have a 15 GB 3rd Gen. IPod and a PC with Win XP. I have been using them together for the last month or so and everything worked out pretty fine, not considering the usual small problems which everyone here knows.
But since I updated my MC from 9.1.256 to the latest beta version, my Ipod is not recognized by my PC anymore. I tried uninstalling and re-installing all Ipod and MC software but it didn?t help. The Ipod is charged when connected to the fire-wire card but not detected by Explorer or by MC. So I assume it is not my fire-wire card that is causing the problems.
Could anyone help me out on this matter? I am really starting to get frustrated here. All this time spent in fornt of the PC just to get the combination of Ipod and PC running, makes me sick.
