has anyone ever had this problem...?

so i have had my 30gig since july, i have never had any problems. this weekend i am using it and i notice that when i select an artist and then the album menu comes up there is no highlight bar on the menu. if i jog through the selections it will click and i can select albums. but there is no way of knowing what album i have selected. this only happens on that menu, because after i select and album and the song menu comes up there is a highlight bar. i am comletely baffled as to why this is happening and i am pretty sure there is nothing i myself can do to fix it. but i just thought i would throw this out and see if anyone else has ever had this happen to them, or if they have any ideas. thanks in advance for your help.

doesn?t happen to me. try reformatting the firmware with the updater.

Someone else in this forum has had that problem, i remember reading it a while back... I'll check to see if i can find it

"Don't worry this happened to me as well, I think it must just be a software bug or something. Mine went away after I reset it.

Try reseting it by pressing and holding the menu and play buttons together for a few seconds.

Hope this helps."

Found that somewhere else on here... maybe that will work.
