What's the best way to purcahse a showcase? Ebay? Amazon? Or the Contour Showcase site? I have a 30 GB iPod Photo.. And I'd like it new.. Sorry, I'm really new to this internet ordering thing. :-\ I'm only 15 so excuse my ignorance.

Amazon has them super-cheap ($21.95 or so) and is probably the best place to buy online. If you live in New York City, there are a number of brick-and-mortar stores that have them quite cheap--B&H Photo Video and J&R Music World each sell them for $24.95. As a matter of fact, I'm planning to pick one up tomorrow, along with a new 60GB iPod (their price: $389.95) at B&H, which I walk by on the way to work every day.

Hm.. I looked it up on Amazon. Will the 4G Contour showcase fit it? Or does it not fit the 30GB photo?
Which one would fit the 30GB photo? :\ Pleease help.

The Showcase comes with foam spacers for smaller iPods. You should be fine with any 4G model.

Andrew is correct. Any Showcase for 4G iPods will fit your 30GB photo. Fits mine perfectly :-)

If you're a 3G iPod owner, Contour's website (contourcase.com) has Showcases in a variety of colors for just $19.99 each. Just ordered a black one...after getting the "brand new" one from an eBay seller with teeny tiny hairline cracks in the front plastic by each button cutout. Down with shoddy yet overpriced shipping and handling...grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Oops!
Apparently those "teeny tiny hairline cracks" are normal. Upon receiving my black Showcase a couple days ago, I noticed the cracks in the exact same places on the front. They really are hardly noticeable and I'm dealing with them since the rest of the case is just so damned cool!

Wow, I order my black from Apple.com, and I have the teeny tiny hairline cracks as well.
