2 iPods, 1 Computer..?

I have a 30GB Photo.. my friend has a 4GB iPod mini. She want's me to load her CD's in and import them into the iPod since she has a problem with her computer.. When I stick the mini install disk in.. it say's theres already and existing version of the software on this system. How do I upload music into the mini without deleting my iPod program? Please help.

Try syncing the mini without putting the Cd in. I've connected a few different iPods without problem.

i have a u2 ipod and my sister a 4g mini, whithout problems syncing both iPods in the same computer, maybe because i use manual update.
