can not delete tracks

Hi I have a gen 3 20 gig iPOD. Using musicmatch 7
My problem is as follows.

I moved some of my files from my ipod to my music match library. Here i hilighted the files i wanted to remove from my iPOD, and chose the remove option. But I also clicked the box that says "remove these files from my computer".

This action did not remove the files from my iPod. But the files in question no longer can be played, and they cannot be deleted either. Is there anyway to remove these files?

Try resetting your computer, the files might be gone next time you boot up, Windows does this sometimes.

Also when you delete the files from MM the folders for each artist are usually kept in the directory they are saved in (usually My Music folder in My Documents is the default). Try deleting the relevant folders in My Music.

Try also just selecting the file and using the delete button on the keyboard, rather than messing around clicking boxes in MM.

If that doesn't solve the problem contact MM or Apple, or just get Ephpod or MC9 instead.

The problem I am having is I cannot delete the files form my ipod. I had picked the files I wanted to remove, had moved them to the MM7 music library from my ipod. So when I picked the option to "remove from my computer" i was hoping they would be deleted from my ipod where they were saved.

Do you know how I can remove all songs from my ipod?
