But I can't seen to find any that are for a 60gb.. now I know it will fit a 40gb case, a funky case on ebay. It states it'll fit 20/40gb 4th Gen, so does it mean it'll fit my 60gb Photo?

I'm confused - is there a difference in size between the sizes? :confused: :(

Did you try asking the seller?

I would guess Just by looking at that case, however, that it will fit the 60GB. Leather will stretch a bit, so unless the fit on a 40GB is super snug it should fit a 60.
