Long Distance Relationship?

My iPod is being held hostage by dell :( I ordered on the 14th and there stupid site gives me diffrent info everything I refresh, first page it says it delayed, then it says its done getting preped, then it says it delayed till december 30. Gaaa. I want my iPod. :(

yes there phone system is buggy as hell, yet when I do manage to get a hold of someone or there automated orderstatus (wich gets changed around all the time) the give me the exact same info that is on the site, nothing new and they "can't do anything" :( I miss music.

I paid 12$more for mine to be express shipped from Apple..., and you guys are paying like $50 less and it comes in december (not actually, but a long time away). I think i'd rather take the 6 day delevery one :)
