Also another question, I have a PowerPod charger. If I hook a PowerPod and a Smartdeck cassette adapter will that play in my car?

Oh I just figured that using it for your car would drain the battery. But my real question was the other one

If you use it with one of those CD Changer adapters, it should get power from the adapter and therefore not use up the battery while in the car.

Think of your iPod's battery as a muscle that needs to be used regularly to remain strong. I don't know that this is true, but if you believe it, you will enjoy using your iPod more!
