Ok, so I've been searching... and searching... and searching... for months now TRYING to lcate a solution that will allow me to hook up my 60GB iPod to my 2003 Mazda 6 with my factory installed Bose 6-disc in-dash cd changer.

I cannot seam to locate a manufacturer of in-car solutions that can help me out with this.

Does ANYBODY know of a possible work-around? Or maybe you know something that I don't and actually know of a solution that will work.

1) I hate iTrip... the FM modulator makes the sound quality horrible and unreliable (radio static)
2) I don't want to lose my in-dash cd changer, or ovverride it with the ipod connection
3) I'd like to be able to either control my ipod from the stering wheel (or head unit) controls... But I will just as content using the iPod controls as well.

Anybody????

Nissan and Toyotas seem to have the same problem.

Yeah there are not may solutions to ipodding mazdas. I know that www.mp3mycar.com has the kit for the mazda3 (car that i have have), but they don't have one for the mazda6.

Also, in most cases you cannot have both the ipod intergration and 6CD changer hooked up at the same time, due to the fact that the ipod intergrations usually fool the head unit to think that there is a cd changer attached (they attach at the same place on the back of the head unit).
