How about a 20GB iPod Mini

Seems everyone wants a lot out of the 5G iPod. I'd be happy just to have a 20GB iPod Mini. after buying the 4G 20GB iPod 9 months ago, I just had an opportunity to play with a friend's mini. Man, that small size is NICE! I don't want color screens or video or anything other than a smaller version of my 20GB iPod (and that aluminum mini is a fantastic design!)

yeah the ipod mini is a nice design just to play around with, it's not really as flashy as the color screened ones. i like the small size of it and a 20 gigabyte ipod mini would sound outrageous but cool.

20GB micro hard drive will be available coming 2008. rumors says that Apple will adapt this 20GB for ipod mini near the future. the size will be the same as 6GB ipod mini. so you won't see this product until then.

but Apple has a plan to release 8GB, 10GB ipod mini with color screen next year.

i'd get the 20gb mini if they do make it...i have a 6gb mini and the size is just perfect

yer but its a mini because it doesn't have to have as much data on it, the other models are bigger because of their large capacity.

Well if they do make a 20gb mini, then the regular ones are going to be anywhere from 60-120 gb in order to allow their lineup to evolve.

where did you hear this? i havent seen this anywhere yet, not on iLounge or engadget or any other reliable internet sources..

i think it would be more better if they made 6GB and 8GB models. don't jump into 10GB mini's too fast, or else the regular iPod 20GB sales will stagger. They should wait until a 20GB iPod mini-sized hard drive comes out, then drop the 20GB iPod, and sell 40GB, 60GB and 80GB iPods, and 15GB and 20GB minis. or something. I dunno.. if this happens then the shuffle will have to be like 4GB and 8GB. ah.. its so complicated..
