disconnect the ipod from the charging dock while its charging? I was wondering since i want to install the charging dock inside my car, id like to pull it out anytime i wish to change songs even while its charging.
also is it safe if i leave the ipod on the dock all the time?

yes to both. as long as it's not connected to the computer you can disconnect it anytime without worry.

yes you can disconnect it from charging dock anytime. however if you leave the ipod on the dock too long and it's charging, and the battery meter is full eventually if you leave it overcharged the battery could burn out.

not true, the iPod knows when it is full and shuts off the charging.
