Hey gang,
I problem has cropped up. I am trying to update my ipod. It is recognized by Windows XP and starts the updating process. It will get to maybe 100 songs max or so, then a window pops up saying "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close". Is does the same thing over and over and the ipod will only get that number of songs with different updates. In other words, it will have 100 songs one time after an update, then maybe 75 the next time. It seems as though the ipod update keeps changing the library of songs on the ipod itself.
I restored the ipod, to no avial. My computer was recently repaired for virus problems but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
