Is Dension IceLink Popular Here?

My buddy has this Dension icelink in his car (2001 BMW 325i) and I guess he likes it, but it has obvious faults.
I'm just wondering if this is a popular accessory here... After all, they do sell it at Best Buy - they must be doing SOMETHING right?

I have it. It works great. I even installed it myself. You control it via steering wheel. The album name and song even shows up on the radio headunit!:D

I have one with a sony head unit .It is not completely compatible with it. But works perfect for what I wanted. And from what I hear about the alternatives it is the best.
