Charging Options

i have a 10 gb ipod, and i have a usb/firewire cable, but no firewire connection on my computer. what is my best option for charging. should i get a power adapter, and just connect my ipod to it with my firewire/usb cable. or do i need something else? help would really be appreciated

Yup, just get the power adapter. With the usb/firewire cable you can plug the usb portion of the cable into the computer, and plug the firewire portion into the power adapter/wall at the same time. This will allow your iPod to charge while attached to your computer.
