I'm thinking this has probably been resolved, but I need to some help...
My PC crashed while I was re-formatting my iPod 3g, now when I plug my iPod into the PC it tells me
"USB Not Recognised.. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise the device."
When I look at the iPod it shows the Apple logo and then a usb/docking cable and an arrow?
Obviously I can't listen to music and I can't add anything to it. Or attempt to re-install the software as I can't actually get the iPod recignised.
Any ideas, anyone :(
