Okay, so I'm very new to the in-car scene. I just got my car for school, a 1997 Corolla CE with a Sony X-plode CDX-CA700X head unit. I searched for posts on this unit and it seems that it's really difficult to hook the iPod up through the unit. I have a Belkin Car Kit with the amp from eBay. If anyone has any info about this head unit, please give me some advice.
I've factored a new head unit into my budget and am thinking that the JVC In-Dash CD Player (KD-G510) from Circuit City is one that I'd like. It has a front aux-in. Also, with the aftermarket speakers (I think they are, they have red on them) it should sound great. Would this work well?
