Network Share - Sync PC playlist with music on that share

I have a network share that I store all of my Itunes Music on. I've seen some apple scripts that allows a Mac to sync up a playlist so that way the playlist is upto date with the new music on the share. I cannot find any type of such script for the PC. I'm wondering if such a script even exists? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think there is a way. I just periodically run the Add Folder to Library to pick up any additions of my music folder (a remote network share).
