Restore playlist from Previous iTunes Libraries file?

I recently started a clean new iTunes library but noticed in \my documents\my music\iTunes there's a copy of my previous iTunes Library data (iTunes 4 Music Library.itl).

Is there any way for me to salvage some of the playlists from this old file into my new/current library without impacting my newly created library? Hoping I can avoid having to recreate many of my playlists that are contained in the older file.

If all of your music is in exactly the same folder structure as when the .itl file was last used then I think that substituting it for the currently used one should be OK. Back up both files first though.
