hi,
I'm having trouble accessing my 4G ipod on xp. I'm connecting with firewre and the computer is recognising that the ipod is connected but it's not recognised by iTunes or in any other capacity on the computer other than in Device Manager where a yellow ! mark appeard in front of the ipod. It tells me I have a code 10 error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all relevant drivers(ipod and firewire) and used different ports but to no avail. What's going on? Can anyone help??
