can I export my ipod library to new laptop?

I recently bought a new laptop and want to use my ipod to export my itunes library (from my desktop) to my new laptop----can't find a way to do that---anyone know if it's possible??

Look in the downloads section at the top of the screen. I know iPod Agent is a good program so start there.
