Problems with Ipod U2 !

I've just updated the new Itunes version 4.9 and iPod software 3.1 for my Ipod U2.

I could transfer songs to my Ipod U2, but I didn't see a full-color display in the screen. and also when I Connect the iPod to my computer using the cable, In iTunes, I choose Preferences but I couldn't see the Photo button to transfer photos from PC to my Ipod...

Could anybody please help me !!

What do you mean by full color display on the screen? is your ipod b&w?

oh I meant that Ipod U2 Special Edtion have 65,000 colour , but I couldn't see the color in it, All I can see is the back and white color, and also I couldn't transfer photos to my Ipod.

Don't know what's wrong with my Ipod !! Could you help me please ?

just take it back...just check that you have not bought the old u2 ipod. because they have just changed all the ipod to hav colour display..but you can still buy the old b&w version which u may well have. otherwise take it back. cheers

You bought the 4G iPod without color display. Easiest thing to do is return it, and you'll be fine. Be sure to buy the U2 model which has color on the screen, on the iPod box.

well, you did update with 3.1 ipod updater? well, color ipod U2 updater version 1.2 like ipod photo. so your ipod is black & white monocrome screen.
