Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Wow all I have to say is top notch.

I bought a pair of E-3c's from the Apple store in March and they were a "refreshed" pair got them for 99$ + tax but they were basically brand new opened package, Well about 2 weeks ago the left phone just started to put out static and nothing else so I called Shure and spoke to someone in customer service they asked for the numbers on the mini plug and verified the manufacture date and told me to mail them in with a note stating the problem.

I kept everything that came with the phones "tip's,case'etc.

just dropped the phones themselves in an envelope and sent them off.

Today I received a box from Shure with a brand new pair of E-3c's w/ all the accessories.

Hands down Shure takes good care of their customers, and when I buy phones in the future you can bet they will be Shures:D

I agree. This is a funny story. I am staying with my father till the end of the month and his dog jumped on my bead and ate one of the foam tips. I called shure and they shipped me a complete fit kit at no charge. I will defently be using shures in the future.
