I don't think that the iTunes phone is going to be similar to the iPod in its design or function; I think that Apple is just teaming up with Motorola to deliver a phone that is supported by iTunes, and can receive music from iTunes and then play it anywhere. There is a possibility that the iTunes phone will in some way resemble the iPod, including a click wheel and a white plastic outside, but I think this is more likely.

I don't think the iPod had anything to do with these phones.. the design is not similar at all (at least on the E790). i guess iTunes phone is a good name for it, all it is is a phone that uses iTunes software..

itll probably just be a phone with not a lot of memory that can support aac, and that you can plug into itunes. big deal.

i wonder if it comes with signiture white earbuds... ;-)

Nokia already made an mp3 playing phone, the 3300.

It has a removable SD card, very limited in its functions outside of mp3 player though.

I have one, and I like it.

Suggestion on the name, why not "iPhone"?
