iPods used by fraudsters

Hey, I'm a researcher at a magazine in DC and was wondering if anyone could help me with some information... I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of any cases in which iPods have been used to steal company information (or for any economic crime really). I've read a couple of articles that cite cases, but I'm looking for a bit more detail. Also, if anyone could give me the contact information for Derrick Donnelly, the current CTO of BlackBag Technologies (former head of Information Security at Apple), or of Paul Carratu, the President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, I would really appreciate it!!! There was some 'hacking' article about how someone walked into an Apple store and copied Office for OS X onto the iPod, but I forgot the URL :(
