i have the latest version of itunes and eph 2.75 installed on my computer...but whenever i try to access the eph 2.75 my itunes always pops up or the eph just freezes--any advice would be nice

Set iTunes preferences (edit>pref>ipod needs to be attached) not to open when iPod is attached. They are both accessing the iPod when it is attached.

i tried that and it helped access the eph...but now it says that my ipod is locked. I found one related thread on this but there was not really a solution...any suggestions?
