Reinstall, reinstall reinstall didnt work.
It did format the ipod but then stated on update that not a recognized ipod. Of course Itunes didnt see it at all.
Downloaded Anapod Reinitializer and did a quick format and initialize. Now windows and itunes will see the Ipod.
Now i reinstalled the actual latest version of the updater for apple again. It now saw the Ipod and did a firmware update.
Unplugged and plugged it into the power unit. It flashed over.
Replugged it into the usb port but still no picture tab at all within Itunes.
Getting very annoying spending 3 or 4 hours off and on trying to get what should be a simple straightforward unit to work.
Any ideas?
Windows Xp operating system.
One concern is if I got to screw with it more.. no point doing the tranferring files thing for the music as ill probably just wipe it out later. Yes Im getting very annoyed.
Could this have anything to do with the fact its a HP-Ipod? Either way my patience will probably only last till monday if I cant get all features to work.
