More help needed with transfering Ipod to new hard drive

So I finally managed to get all the songs from my Ipod (not backed up of course) into my new computer hard drive, and into my re-installed ITunes. Now the problem is the few hundred songs I purchased on ITunes will not play. i am being prompted that i do not have permission to play these songs. All i have to do is authorize my computer to play a particular song. Ok no problem. i enter my password and then I get an ACCESSING MUSIC STORE prompt that basically lasts forever. What is the deal? How can I automatically or easily set my ITunes library to play songs that I purchased. Help me Ipodlounge reader, you're my only hope......

Just click on the song & enter the password and the song will start playing.

Thanks Honeybee. It works now it just took forever to go thru as authorized. You actually were the one who told me how to send my music from the IPod to ITunes- I really appreciate all your help !!!
