i just got a new ford mustang 2005 gt with the regular CD system. On the radio I see an aux button that when i push says no aux available? I was wondering if there was an ipod/audio input that would work as a line in to directly connect the ipod to the car. Otherwise, is there a good method to connect the ipod that is better than the griffin technology?

thanks,

I have a 2005 focus with what i'm pretty sure is the same stereo. Currently there is no aux input available for the stereo but P.I.E. is working on it according to them. I gave up the waiting and just installed an awia head unit that I got from crutchfield for $79 with an aux port in the front it sounds great and the quality is amazing compared to the fm transmitter that I was using before

im sure theres something that you could plug into the back of the stereo to hook up your ipod. take the stereo out and have a look.
