What do you think is the best FM Transmitter for the iPod Mini.

Plenty of options. I've already proclaimed my love for the Newertech Roadtrip!+, so I won't bore everyone with the usual details, but since your mini has line-out capability you might as well use a transmitter that takes advantage of it.
