Un-Delete?

I usualy add and delete music on my iPod manualy. I usualy keep the music on my iPod only and keep my computer hard drives clear of music. I got iPodCopy and use that if I need to edit anything and then put it back on my iPod. I forgot that i changed my settings so that iTunes would automaticly update my iPod. I went to my library and deleted all my music thinking it would just delete the music on the hard drive. Well when I did this id deleted all the music on my iPod also because its on automatic update.

Is there anyway to get it all back or am I starting all over again?
