sorry, i forgot to mention the info about it. It is a 3g 10 gig. Last night I was in diagnostics mode and hit the sleep button. It turned 'off' . I tried to reset it but nothing. So if you are inerested email me: Shagadelicman1@yahoo.com

i'm really sorry for the people who were interested, and hopefully still are . but i'm now raising the price of my ipod to $80 usd. I consulted someone and they said with a few fixes its okay. I took it into consideration, and now making the desicion. You can negotiate the price once again. maybe down to $70 or so. I really need the money... why? because it now turns on! yeah
