How to run apple script at itunes launch

Hi. Really sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm new to apple scripts, and I have searched around but to no avail.
What I'd like to be able to do is make apple scripts run whenever I start itunes. I have a library of unrated music, so I have found Doug's Rate Me! Rate Me! script really useful. However, it would be good if it ran automatically, otherwise I have to remember to get it started the first time. Ideally I wouldn't have it start up at login, as there are times I actually use my computer for work . Is there any way of doing this, through automator or otherwise?
Thanks a lot,
Jo
