After speaking with Sony live online customer support, I was directed to the following url:
http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/web/index.jsp Just enter mdrex71sl for the search function (upper right corner) and you should be presented with options for ordering any of the earbud replacements. They ain't cheap though, so trade away if you can. |
