New car stereo that will operate/charge ipod

Greetings,

I'm in the market to replace my car stereo head on my nissan ultima yr2000, and wanted one that will operate and charge my ipod. I have a ipod nano 4G.

Any advice on what to look for? I was looking at this sony car stereo, and wondered what your thoughts were. Ideally, it would play music through my speakers as well as charge it, and will be able to control my ipod as well.
